Postage is FREE on all UK orders!
There is a fee of £2.50 on a single item and a flat fee of £5 for multiple items for the orders delivered to the rest of the world by standard airmail.
All orders within the UK is shipped using UK Royal Mail First Class (allow 4-5 working days for processing and 2-3 for delivery). Orders will be dispatched on weekdays only.
If you require your order more urgently please let us know and we will prioritise your order.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays receiving your order.
If delivery has been attempted while you were out you should receive a card with instructions on how to obtain your order from Royal Mail or the courier. If the order is returned to us we will contact you and will charge for re posting the goods back to you.
All products are packed by hand and wrapped in tissue paper to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction please email or ring us to arrange a refund or exchange. All refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We will process the refund or exchange as soon as we receive the goods back.
